Nevizade Mansion was established with the approval of High Council of Immovable Monuments and Antiquities in 2007. The Mansion was constructed in view of architecture and aesthetics of the Neo-Classic stone structure that you can admirably find the examples of on every part of the island.

The upstairs of the Mansion was constructed and is used as a Butik Lodging, whereas the ground floor is used by the owner. The lodging is located at the center of Alibey Island, just behind the Nuri Zarplı Primary School.

 The Mansion is on the former Alibey Island-Ayvalık route and 100 meter distance from motorway.

The Mansion, located in the Island centre, is a 200 to 300 meters walking distance to fish Restaurants, Takriyarhis Church, the dock, cafes and bars.

There is no parking problem. The front side of the Mansion is available for parking. Aditionally, paid parking exists just opposite.

The Mansion`s, constructed as 3 floors on top of 400 square meters, every floor is 90 square meters. Total construction land is 300 square meters.

Lodging rooms are 4 in number (sized 17 to 18 square meters), accomodating 7 in each, 3 of which having double bed, also with separete bathrooms in each. 2 double rooms also have balconies nice view. There is another small bedroom with bathroom; especially used as  child`s room. 

You can enjoyably view the scenery, natural beauty and historical places from each room.

A heating system is at our clients service enabling both summer and winter accomodation. Moreover, there is airconditioning in 3 large rooms.  Every room possesses TV and heated water flows at bathrooms regularly.

Furthermore, the Mansion has a 250 m² garden and so, you can lay back and relax; can read your newspapers or books in the breeze or you can just view marvellous Cunda.

In summer months, you can pleasurably have your breakfast in the garden under the camellia. At night,  you might find yourself watching excellent sky view.
